Acupressure can be be performed in so many ways
Just to remind you there is no difference between Acupressure and Acupuncture.
The only difference between the two is in acupressure we apply pressure on meridian points and in acupuncture we insert fine needles on the same points. Also the treatment can be done by applying colors on points.
